Hi, I’m Meredith

Wife, mama, and psychologist - here to help you master potty training basics in a timely manner.

My experience with toilet training began with families of children with autism and developmental differences and has since expanded to include families and children of all ages and abilities. Whether your child is resisting the potty or just can’t seem to go without a prompt, I’ve seen it all and I’m here to help. I combine a real-life parenting perspective with evidence-based strategies so you can stop guessing and start seeing progress.

With 16 years of experience in the mental health field and 7 years coaching caregivers, I specialize in turning stress and uncertainty into clarity and calm.

I hold a PhD in School Psychology from University of Cincinnati, a master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and Social Work. I completed an APA-accredited internship at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia and post-doctoral fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio. (Yes, I really love school!)

Every child is different, and so is every potty training journey. Sometimes it’s a breeze. Other times, it’s not so straightforward. I’m here to help you get through it with confidence and compassion.
