-
No. Services are offered in a coaching capacity and are not eligible for insurance reimbursement. I do not provide diagnostic or therapeutic services as part of The Potty Coach. All services are private pay.
-
To start, we will have an initial, free call to discuss support options. After completing an assessment form, I review your child’s history, current challenges, and your goals. We’ll then meet for a video call to go over your customized potty plan. Depending on the package you choose, you’ll have ongoing access to me via text, call, or email, whether daily or on your selected coaching days, to troubleshoot, adjust strategies, and celebrate progress together.
-
Constipation needs to be addressed before beginning potty learning. It can significantly interfere with progress and lead to withholding, accidents, or discomfort. The goal is one soft bowel movement per day. I recommend reaching out to your child’s pediatrician to help with this process before starting toilet training.
